Every ban have to be reported here ...
and have to proofed else,no ban,
bans only possible if i say yes.

Better make a whole section of guys accusing some other to bans.

Ive took all ban rights away.
Now normal Bot admins only can kick.
Ban is to powerfull and its to much trouble for me...
